Purchase Help

Diamond purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. If a purchase completes but diamonds do not appear, restart the game and check your balance again. When contacting support, include your device model, operating system version, app version, and the diamond pack name. Do not send full payment card information.

Gameplay And Save Help

• Progress is saved locally on your device.
• Use the latest app version before reporting an issue.
• If the game appears stuck after returning from the background, fully close and reopen it.
• When reporting a gameplay issue, include the level, boss, or menu where it happened.
